As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating sales and revenue growth for our Workday product portfolio. With your deep understanding of Workday’s capabilities and a sharp insight into our clients’ business needs you’ll forge strong relationships and deliver compelling solutions.

Dallas (Local candidates preferred)

Hybrid (min 3 days from office)

Job Duties:

* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for Arrant Tech in Workday space.

* Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients who could benefit from Workday solutions. Assess and prioritize leads based on their fit with the company’s offerings and potential for revenue generation.

* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at the executive level. Understand client needs and align them with appropriate Workday solutions and Arrant Tech as the partner.

* Business Development: Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the Arrant Tech portfolio.

* Solution Selling: Along with the Workday Sales Team effectively communicate the value proposition of Workday’s products and services and Arrant Tech as their partner. Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

* Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.

* Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to effectively position Workday solutions and Arrant Tech as a preferred partner.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

* Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related area

* Relationship Building: Strong networking abilities with the ability to establish credibility and trust with C-level executives.

* Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies, navigate organizational dynamics, and influence decision-makers.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.

* Sales and Negotiation Skills: Leading sales efforts, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

* Lead Generation: Generating leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other prospecting techniques.
