Workday Account Manager | Job ID: 25-0813-WAM
Role:
As an account manager, you’ll have the opportunity to, cultivate and expand relationships with our existing Workday Application Management System (AMS) clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success. This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new Workday AMS clients and to drive expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing Workday clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
* New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential workday clients seeking to integrate or optimize their AMS solutions. Present and position Arrant Tech’s services effectively to drive new business.
* Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with Workday’s solutions and services, while identifying opportunities for further engagement and value delivery.
* Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales personnel to lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development.
* Strategic Growth: Drive the growth of Workday AMS solutions within the partner ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities, assisting with contract negotiations, and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
* Workday Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the various Workday partner tiers and their capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to present and position services effectively while navigating existing partnership dynamics.
* Client Support: Offer ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize Workday features and functionalities. Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to effectively position Workday solutions and Arrant Tech as the preferred Application Management Service partner.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
* Experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions from field sales position.
* Strong understanding of Workday solutions and the partner ecosystem.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related area
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience with building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
* Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
